New LJ-WF002 Laser Welding Wire Feeder

The LJ-WF002 is an external wire feeding unit designed to add single wire welding capability to LightWELD systems. It integrates via a low-voltage control signal to automatically synchronize filler metal delivery with the laser operation, precisely guiding wire to the weld pool for manual laser welding applications.

• Single wire feed capability for standard handheld laser welding tasks.
• Used for manual laser wire welding of stainless steel, mild steel, structural steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals and other alloys.
•  Wire feed settings are adjusted directly on the wire feed unit, while the LightWELD unit provides a synchronization trigger signal to the wire feeder.
•  Integrated wire feeder nozzle attachment guides filler wire precisely into the weld pool.
•  LightWELD Process Mode charts provide standard factory parameter settings optimized for typical base materials and wire types.
